उत्तराखंड के हादसे के बाद सबसे आवश्यक क्या है ,लापता लोगों की खोजबीन ,मृतकों का अंतिम संस्कार ,घायलों व पीडितो का उपचार ,बाद से प्रभावित हुए सैकड़ो ग्रामो  के नागरिको  के पुनर्वास ,उनके लिए रहने खाने ,पीने ,रोजगार ,इलाज ,के लिए पुख्ता इंतजाम .जो वास्तव में सबसे पहले .व त्वरित होना चाहिए ,अथवा यह कि,केदारनाथ में मंदिर का पुनरुद्धार कौन करेगा ,दो मुख्यमंत्री ,और एक व्यवसायी को मंदिर बनाने कि अधिक चिंता है ,एक शंकराचार्य और केदारनाथ के पुजारी इस बात पर वाद विवाद कर रहे  है, कि पूजा कहा होना चाहिए ,जरा सोचिये एक तरफ तो यह कहा जाता है कि मानव सेवा ही माधव सेवा है ,मानवता से बड़ा कोई धर्मं नहीं ,तो मंदिर ,और पूजा को लेकर यह विवाद क्यों ,सबसे अच्छा कम तो सेना कर रही है ,जो अपने जवानो की जान देकर भी प्रभावित लोगो को बचा रही है ..

अन्धविश्वास के चलते जब छत्तीसगढ़ के जशपुर के निकट एक ग्रामबांसाझाल की ८ वी कक्षा की   १५ वर्षीया  छात्रा   सुनीता  टोप्पो   ने अपने सपने   में माँ दुर्गा के आने व दुर्गा से शादी करने की    बात जब अपने  रिश्तेदारों व ग्रामीणों से कही तो ग्रामीणों ने बाकायदा कार्ड छपाया ,निमंत्रण बाँट कर विवाह समारोह आयोजित कर सुनीता की माँ दुर्गा से शादी करवा दी . पढने लिखने .करियर बनाने के लिए उस   बच्ची को प्रेरित किया जाना चाहिए था ,ऐसे मामलो में व्यक्ति आगे जाकर मनोविकार  का शिकार हो जाता है .

  :           Need of strict Law against Witch hunting cases.

                        In our Country, due to various superstitions & social evils a number of innocent women are tortured every year. Women are declared as Witch (Dian) and subsequently subjected to most barberic & inhuman practices. In villages and rural areas women are not physically tortured to great extremes but also publicly humiliated and ostracised from society and even killed. As presented by national crime record beauro in parliament,1742 women were killed in suspect of Dian (witch) in 17 states of India .In Chhattisgarh state alone 1140 women tortured and 171 were killed for this.

                        Usually the perpetrators are either influencial people of village or are in majority due to which remaining few can hardly protest against the atrocity. Due to this very few police complaints are registered by victim or any other person, against the tortures. Many time the treatment meted out is so horrible that victim is completely terrorised & loses all hope. The victim have no recourse but to end their lives in deseparations.

                        I am working voluntarily since 1995 for erradications and superscrition & social evils. For this purpose, we formed Andha Shraddha Nirmulan Samiti in we organised awareness meeting in different villages , rural places, in school & colleges. We also meet tortured women & their relatives & provide help them . We don't take any grant or fund from any Govt. & non-Govt. Sources.

                        Social evils can be erradicated by Mass awareness programme & development of scientific temperament but society can not  give justice to tortured women without a efficient law.

                         I felt an urgent need for antiwitch hunting legislation . The New law can help to give justice to those tortured women.
